Road Patrol Open Air is an event for Timișoara, a city known for its rich history and cultural significance.
We like to believe that the festival, now in its 21st edition, serves as a continuation of the Tim-Rock event, which was a cornerstone of the Romanian rock scene before 1989.
Held over three days at the AJVPS shooting range, the festival offers a unique blend of quality music, motorcycle culture, and human interaction. The event includes a motorcycle parade showcasing the beauty of the city and features a charitable component.
The festival also aims to contribute to the city’s cultural heritage by promoting rock music, an important aspect of Timișoara’s history and cultural diversity.
Live music
The festival offers an exceptional musical experience, bringing together acclaimed local artists and renowned international performers.
Motorcycle parade
The event includes a motorcycle parade that highlights the beauty of the city.

Workshops
The festival offers interactive workshops where participants can learn, explore, and discover new passions.
Launched in 2002 under the name Road Patrol MC Romania Bikers Festival, the event debuted with over 1,000 participants and prominent artists from the Romanian and international music scenes.
Over the years, the festival has continuously evolved, always bringing new and exciting experiences for participants. Last year’s event was a resounding success, attracting a large audience and solidifying our position as one of the most appreciated festivals of its kind.
Today, known as Road Patrol Open Air, the festival is a tradition that promotes quality music, motorcycle culture, and the spirit of freedom. All under the open sky, in an atmosphere full of energy and friendship.
Our festival promises an unforgettable experience for all participants, with a diverse lineup of both local and renowned international artists.
